In this video, I’ll show you how someone with brand registry can report things like hijackers. These are steps that can help your report be taken seriously by Amazon. This guide is for brands that are already enrolled to Amazon brand registry.
The Reporting Process
Reporting a violation is simple, all you need to do is look up your listing in the reporting tool and find the product that is infringing your trademark. You can look it up in a number of ways including seller name and ASIN number. I’ve taken out a random item on Amazon as an example. I won’t be submitting this, I’m just using the product so I can walk you through the reporting process.
Once you’ve chosen the seller that’s hijacking your listing, you need to select the issue type on the top right of your screen and choose from these options:

This will help Amazon understand your issue more. Amazon will ask you for your contact info so make sure to put that in. Once you’re done you can submit this form and you’re done.
