AMAZON UNLEASH WORLDWIDE FBA! Here’s What You Need To Know…

In the news article I show in the video, it says that Amazon is launching the Worldwide FBA program in the UK. This will allow sellers access to a global customer base with no additional cost. The article further reports that if you are currently entrolled in 27 countries/regions and Media World Wide, your account will be changed to Worldwide by either March 4 or March 11 this year.
With the current situation, people can sell their products domestically (UK), in the EU and worldwide. Unless disabled by the seller, every seller account is already enrolled for this program. And obviously there will be limitations depending on the various laws of some countries.
In the video I talk more into the profit margin when going into worldwide. There are certain fees that you need to account for especially for the EFN method which will cost you a bit more than the other fulfillment methods. Amazon recommends still enabling FBA export regardless of doing the other fulfillment methods below it. With FBA Export you still pay the same domestic fee as you would regularly which is nice. Enrolling in worldwide could net you a good chunk of extra sales per month.
With the program being new I need to check which of my accounts are eligible and then monitor where transactions are taking place. Afterwards I’ll have a look at transaction breakdowns to see if all is well. Amazon really hasn’t been clear to us sellers on what we should do going forward so I’m hoping that I can give another video update regarding that in the coming weeks.
