Contacting Amazon Seller Central Support Service

Amazon has a support service for sellers that can help them with certain issues and concerns that they may have and in this video I’ll show you how you can quickly contact them.

In your, seller account page click on the “Help” link on the top right and you’ll be taken into another page. Here you can click on “Selling on Amazon” then on “My issue isn’t listed, contact support” and finally click on “Fulfillment by Amazon” then “FBA Issue”.

Once you’re in this page, you can click on “Something Else” where you can add your phone number and a short description of your issue. After this you will receive a call from Amazon shortly where you can tell them about your issue.

Why is this important?

The question you may be having now is why this is useful and when will I need to do this? Personally, I contact Amazon in the times when there is a delay in my shipments for whatever reason. Whenever I call them I provide them with the shipment ID for the delayed product I want to inquire on and they will ensure me that they will get right on it.
